Need to Link My Fast API to a mobile Number

Hello , I have a agentic ai solution and i need to achieve this:

  1. Receive a call on my number
  2. Call is accepted by my ai agent (through a fast api)
  3. call is on a webhook so agent responds in real time

I went online and found asterisk as open source and twillio as paid

I have no understanding on how to move forward with this at all . needed some guidance :grinning_face:

I have some experience with twillio auth and messaging APIs and I’ve built prototypes with ElevenLabs.
If you mean finding a use case for what you’ve built then customer support with human in the loop would be great.
